About PFM
PFM
was founded by a group of dedicated business
and entertainment-industry
professionals who had been invited to consult
and advise on a number of venue-related
projects in New England. They saw the need
for a company which could act quickly,
responsively, and decisively to both public
and private facility management needs,
programming needs, marketing support, and
fiduciary responsibilities. PFM’s
current contracts include the Barbara B.
Mann Performing Arts Hall on the campus
of Edison Community College in Fort Myers,
Florida, the Coral Springs Center for the
Arts in Coral Springs, Florida,
and the
North
Shore Center for the Performing Arts in
Skokie, Illinois. PFM’s flagship
facility, the historic Providence Performing
Arts Center, has flourished under PFM’s
management.
Other opportunities are in negotiation
as PFM expands its base of clients.
What
We Do : Working With You Working
For You
We Ask Questions...We Listen to Answers...We
Explore The Options...
Most of all, PFM Sees
Potential. PFM professionals understand why cities,
states, universities, and private organizations
seek a management company. Managing a facility
as a smooth-running operation with excellent
market-appropriate programming and a strong
commitment to the community—all while
keeping a close watch on the bottom line—is
more challenging today than ever before.
That is why PFM works closely with the overseers
of a facility—we ask questions…we
listen to answers. When PFM looks at your
facility, we see it as more than just a building.
Its architecture and strengths, its mission
and place in the community’s cultural
life are all taken into consideration when
assessing its long-term potential.
